Return and Refund Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with all goods purchased.

While we hope that you’re always delighted with your purchase, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item, no problem!

Simply notify us by email, include your name, order number and reason for your return.

Naturally, we will need to receive the goods back in perfect, saleable condition and in its original packaging within 7 working days of receipt, we will then exchange or issue you with a refund less the original delivery charge.

If an item is faulty please advise by email within 24 hours of receipt including photographs of the fault so that we can resolve the matter.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange any beauty or jewellery (earrings) products unless they are faulty and all items must be returned complete with all accessories and packaging as supplied.

Please note return costs are down to the customer and we cannot be liable for parcels that go missing.

We will arrange whichever you prefer as soon as possible. If you would like to return the item to us please ensure it is protected for its journey as we can't be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit and we may not be able to refund you. The cost for returning an item if you are not happy will be the responsibility of the customer. 

We always check each item before it is sent but should it arrive damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve swiftly for you. We will require photographs of the damages so we can claim back from our couriers.
