Our Mission
At Feather Robins, our mission is to bring the WOW factor back to the high street by making shopping fun again. Online shopping is quick and convenient but very transactional.
We offer all the feel good factor shopping experiences that the internet doesn’t, a cheery hello, a friendly face and provide bespoke customer service on your gift buying dilemmas.
Of course, we have our online shop too for your convenience, but we always recommend popping in to see us too!
The story behind the name
Why is it called Feather Robins?
It’s in memory of founder Lindsey’s parents. After her Dad died, wherever in the world she was, a white feather would seem to be present, and a Robin visited my sister’s garden. When Mum died, my sister had two Robins visit her garden.
Meet the founder
Our founder Lindsey spent many years in sales and customer service and engagement before finding her true passion in retail. Being able to bring joy to people’s lives with the gifts Feather Robins source is what truly lights her up — it’s about those little moments of thoughtfulness that make someone’s day.
Lindsey also sits on the judging panel for the prestigious The Gift of the Year Awards. These awards celebrate new brands and talent within the home and giftware industry.
